young people to
make positive

Love4Life empowers vulnerable teenage girls to break cycles of low achievement and poverty by tackling the underlying issues of poor self-esteem, low confidence and lack of aspiration.
We specialise in delivering Love4Life groups, one-to-ones and workshops in secondary schools and in the community. Relationship and Sex Education is a key theme of our work, everything we do is about building positive self-esteem and resilience. Our belief is that when young people feel good about themselves they will make positive choices in their health, relationships and education.
Through the COVID 19 pandemic we engaged young people and local schools with our Love4Life Care Packages. Now that young people are back in school, we are still addressing the impacts of lockdown such as increased isolation and anxiety and our team has prepared Love4Life sessions to address this.

Love4Life was set up in 2008 in response to a growing concern for the well-being and safety of girls from an estate in Loughborough. Since then our service has grown to work across multiple areas of deprivation across Leicestershire, Leicester and Derby, supporting hundreds of young people aged 11-19 years every year.

"Huge thanks to you and your team for such a greatly needed resource. We are very concerned about the impacts on our pupil’s mental health and would be interested in seeing what your sample care pack looks like."
