Our team has developed a number of Care Packages as a free resource to support young people and schools during lockdown and beyond. The Care Packages are themed around the following topics- Impact of Isolation, Self-Esteem, Emotional Wellbeing, Healthy Minds and Positive Choices. Each category has numerous tutorial videos, activities and worksheets to really explore the individual. So far around 30 schools across our areas of work have received our Care Packages.
